Invoice shipping cost

Hi,

When we invoice an item the shipping cost is automatically calculated.

We have a number of clients that we do not charge shipping. I thought of adding a checkbox on the customer level to flag these clients and use it in a workflow.

Is there something in the system I can use to zero out the shipping cost without using a workflow ?
