Fulfill Special order item from other location before original is received?

HI All,

I have an SO that needs fulfilling, it was a special order. The special order has not been received yet, but it turns out one of our other locations has one and the customer would like to take that one rather than waiting for the special order to arrive. How do I go about fulfilling a special order line item, that is on an unreceived PO, from another location? I tried changing the location on the line item, and I was able to save it. But I can't fulfill it because it still shows nothing committed?

Any Ideas?
