Duplicate detection vendor bills

Hi,

We've had a couple of scenarios where the duplication detection we've set up hasn't captured where a vendor bill has been entered with 'Inv' and the same vendor bill have been entered with 'INV'. Is there a way to make this case sensitive to avoid these things happening?
