Unable to get ccapproved field to display.

Hi there, I'm unable to get the ccapproved field to display on my company's custom sales order. I'm making sure I've checked "show" and that it belongs to a field group in a tab that is visible. I've even tried moving it to different tabs including main and I can't get it to show up anywhere. Any advice?
