Customer - Marketing - Subscriptions (grayed out)

Hello

is there a way to tick/untick the Subscriptions in the customer profile ?

I am an admin on the system and I cannot edit these fields (grayed out)

the target is to be able to untick/tick the marketing communication manually (for a customer or supplier)
