American Express Integration App

I dowloaded the Amex Integration App and followed the instructions but I am stuck at the credentials screen. The Amex URL populated automatically when I downloaded the app, and I have entered my Amex credentials. I am an admin on the Amex account, but I keep getting an error that says "The connection to AMEX was not successful. Check the crendentials and try again."
