NetSuite Case Management to use "Reply To" email in creation
I have a form on the website that sends the mail to case address in NetSuite.
The problem is that it sends the form from a generic email like forms@hulkmail.com. The "Reply To" address is the actual address of the customer. The issue is that it creates the case in NetSuite using the generic email and not the "Reply To" email. How do I change that so that they link to the right customer record.
