I am trying to revalue an asset and getting an INVALID_KEY_OR_REF error.

Hello,

We are trying to revalue an asset in the FAM module and it will not process due to the error: Assets/Tax methods revalued: 0 and INVALID_KEY_OR_REF: Invalid custbody_nsts_gaw_created_by reference key 14.

We are going to FAM/transactions/Asset Revaluation. We enter the data, click on calculate and then click process revaluation. Every time we try to process the revaluation it gives an error on the 1st process and will not revalue. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?
