Make Deposits Record count limitation

Can someone confirm if there is a limit to the number of transactions you can process in the Make deposit screen?

I thought it was 2000 or 2500, but looking for confirmation [I am aware the sublist only surfaces 10,000 records, but I am looking for the max lines per deposit.]

If there is a limitation how have others dealt with deposits of 3000 plus checks, Multiple Deposits for the same day?
