Bill of Lading bundle questions

We are using this bundle: "NetSuite Platform Solutions Group - Bill of Lading (6173818)". I logged a ticket to ask a question about it, and I've gotten no help whatsoever. Are they sending me the message that stuff from the "NetSuite Platform Solutions Group" should not be depended on ? If so I really need to know that unambiguously.
