Unable to access NetSuite Account Center

When I attempt to navigate to NetSuite Account Center via Administrator -> Support -> Support Overview -> Click on "NetSuite Account Center" I receive the followinge error.


ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS


I have cleared my cookies, tried a different browser, etc. I called NetSuite support yesterday and left a message, but have not received a call back.

Please advise what may be the issue and how to resolve it.
