Multiple calandars Manufacturing Work Centers

Is there a possibility to use multiple calendars within a Work Center? Our customer works with 3 shifts. For now I have to create 3 different work centers (3 Static Employee Groups) so I can attache a different calendar per work center. I hope there is a better way to get this done?
