Purchase order giving me error.

Hello out there. I need your help on this please. one of my company employees did a purchase orders and send them for approval but when he or the 1st approval trying to open any of the purchase order, it giving us this error: Suite Script Unexpected Error.

Myself as an Administrator cannot open the Purchase order as well.

How are resolve this error please?
