Invoice Saved Search > Purchase Order Number

Hi all,

I've created a saved search with the following criteria and results.

I'm looking to add the item rate purchase price (in USD purchase currency) and the Purchase Order number in the Results. The yellow highlighted fields below don't seem to generate the results I require.

I think the information is found in the Serial Number related Item Receipt under 'Created From' but I don't know how to add this to the results.
