Show message when Expected Receipt Date is within Work Calendar Non Working Days

Hello!

I'm looking for a solution to show a message when a purchase order line has a Expected Receipt Date that corresponds to a date in the Work Calendar.

Situation

The default Work Calendar has Non Working Days.

When a Purchase order line is set to a Expected Receipt Date that matches a date within the Non Working Days (Holiday Date) table I would like to show a pop-up message where I can give in a warning text.

Is this maybe possible to create with a Workflow?
