CSV Import Error : You do not have permissions to set a value for element item_total

Hello,

The full error is: You do not have permissions to set a value for element item_total due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.

I'm receiving this error when I import sales orders when Shipping Address is Canada. I DO NOT get this error when the shipping address is United States, and the only field I'm changing is Country in the Ship To Address. Both samples are using the same Sales Order transaction form.
