autogenerated responses from marketing campaign
Hello
I have these questions related to marketing campaigns:
- What is 'autogenerated response' on the 'Campaign Response Detail' report - I would relate this to an OOO message, however Suite answer 21560 states that these do not get logged into NetSuite and marketing campaign statistic will not be updated. What are these then?
- We noticed that such responses also show like if the recipient licked all links from the email message. How is that possible if this is an Autogenerated response?
