AE:WMS Recommended Bin Sorting

Within the Mobile WMS App I'm experiencing a unexpected behavior. The recommended bin sorting does not work like NetSuite explains in the Help Center (SCM > Warehouse Management > Outbound Processing > Releasing Orders to the Warehouse > Pick Task Sorting for Released Orders).

According to the logic the first sorting should be based on Available Quantity for not LOT items. When I need to enter a Bin for a item, the Recommended Bin is the bin with the LEAST available quantity. For Example:
