Matrix Item Assistant Options Lists not Displaying All Matrix Option Lists

Hi,

I've made a Matrix Option List custom list and it is not visible as an list available to use in the Matrix Item Assistant when creating new items. I have found that options lists created using the assistant are available to use. Why can't the Assistant the other Matrix Item Option List?
