Purchase Orders

I have a new employee I set up with a roll that I created awhile back that gives them access to transactions>Purchase order and full.

I have compared their role to the one that works and there is no difference. When we login as her we don't see Purchase Orders under Financial or any other menu.

If anyone can help that would be great.
