How do I find the domain for our web store sandbox?

Trying to figure out how to get the sandbox version of our web store. We only have basic support so support just linked me to Answer Id: 100935. So now I'm trying to figure out what our domain for the sandbox web store is using Answer Id: 65679 and a web store sandbox url is not listed. Where can I find the domain for our web store sandbox?
