who supports the Amex Corporate Card Expenses SuiteApp?

Hi,

We're trying to get the NetSuite-published Amex Corporate Card Expenses SuiteApp and are having issues (the setup described in SuiteAnswers article 95160 does not match what I'm seeing on the screen). Calling general support didn't help; they say setting up the format profile is beyond their scope of work.

What is the team and who are the individuals who can provide support for this NetSuite-published SuiteApp? Thanks.
