Pricing in Customer Records
We use add Group Pricing to every customer record based on their category and spend level. There can typically be 70 Pricing Groups in each Customer Record - all with various Price Levels. We sometimes add Item Pricing, too.
The big issue here is that in order to do a bulk change we have to export the Group Pricing data from the customer records require price changes, change the price level outside of Netsuite, run an import that cleans the Group Pricing from the Customer records that are affected, and then import the newly adjusted Price Groups back to those customers. This literally takes a day to do a large group.
