Fulfillment saved searches, how to add a link to the "created from" Sale Order document?

I have a fulfillment saved search and I can add a number of fields from the Sales order that it was created from to the results of that search. The problem is that none of the "created from" fields are a clickable link to the sales order when viewing search results.

Is there a field I can add that is linked by default?

Can I make a dynamic formula field in the sales order that creates a link to each sales order?
