Unable to type in native customer field on invoice form

Hi,

I have a small issue regarding the customer field on the invoice form. Somehow, when creating a new invoice, it is not possible to type the customer name in the customer (ID: entity) field. It is only possible to select the customer from the dropdown list. Nonetheless, this issue only occurs in the PROD environment, as I don't have this issue in the SB.

Cannot find a proper answer in SuiteAnswers. Any advice?
