Serial Number Not In Bin For Inventory Count
We have an issue where a user goes to do an Inventory Count for a Serialized Assembly part number in a bin.
In this example, we will use the following quantities.
Physically in the bin there are 30 pieces of the Serialized Assembly.
According to NetSuite currently there are only 29 pieces.
Let’s say the counter has entered 27 of the 30 serial numbers he has on hand.
Then when he goes to enter the 28th serial number, it is the one that is located elsewhere according to the data in NetSuite.
Since it is not in the bin currently being counted, the count must be aborted.
