Multiple IF's for a sales ordered in Picked status

I have a Sales Order that had IF#1 for the on hand orders generate and be picked

a few hours later the back ordered items were received the NS wants to generate IF#2 for the same sales order. BUT when you print the Pick Ticket, it still shows all the items from IF#1

Is there a work around for to removed the items on the pick ticket that were already picked in IF#1, when Printing IF#2? It appears it will only "reset" when you ship IF#1...
