AE: Supply Allocation - reallocating items on an open item fulfillment

HI!

We are running into a problem where a order will have a picked item fulfillment and no items committed.

When the IF is created the items are committed, even marked commitment firm. Then sometime after the IF is created the committed items are reallocated to another SO.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
