Display Sales Reps/Sales Team on Item Fulfillment

Hey Gurus,

I am attempting to add a new field to my item fulfillment forms. On Sales Orders it displays our sales rep/team names but it does not appear on Item Fulfillment. Is there a way to auto display this w/o a drop down list and having to select an employee/rep.

Also is there a way to run a report to see a list of SO followed by IFs followed by INVs?
