Hi all

Bit of a strange one. We currently don't used serialized inventory, however we are going to be moving over to using serialized inventory. I have been reading through the Oracle docs and it looks relatively straightforward. However when I go to create a new serialized item in our sandbox account, the option to enter the quantity on hand doesn't seem to be there. Does anyone know why this might be? The Quantity On Hand column is just not an available field for any inventory.

I was able to do an inventory adjustment and add in some pretend products with fake serial numbers that way. I'm just wondering why the option to add on hand stock isn't there when creating the serialized item.
