Workflow to add additional items to Sales Order based on item Manufacturer
I need to create a workflow that will add additional line items to a sales order based on adding an item with a specific manufacturer. When we add a widget made by WidgetsRUS to the sales order, we need it to add a training line item to that sales order as well. We want this line item to be added while they are still in the sales order without having to save it.
I have created a workflow for Transactions with a subtype of Sales Order
In the workflow state I have it set to before record submit, with all event types and contexts. It does not see to trigger on the SO when I add an item.
