Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

PART 2 - How can I display all Customer Contact Messages in the same view as Customer Records?
I asked this question in June 2020 and the discussion is now closed so I am starting a new thread.
How can I display all Messages with Customers (communications created with the Customer record, with the Customer Contact records and with the Customer Contact on the Case record.?
Fully Understanding our Customer Relationship currently, requires navigating to each Customer Contact Communications and reading messages then reading the messages displayed on the Customer Communications as well as Case communications.
Primarily I am interested in a Customer sublist view that will display Customer messages AND Customer Contact messages in the same view.
Users are currently communicating with the Contact then copying the message to the Customer Communication Message so the user can look in one place to see all communications.
