How do you go about getting your past customer data into NS without having to create/fulfill orders. We want to bring in all past website orders so we can take advantage of the customer service side of NS, but we can't do that easily without having all our past data. I was going to bring in all the past orders as closed sales orders, so at least we'd know what they ordered and when, but if a return is needed we'd still have to go in, create/fulfill a sales order to then turn around and create an RMA.
