Cash Refund > "Payment has not been successful. An error occurred while processing your credit card.
Hi,
We have an RMA that we are trying to process a refund for. Its is a standalone RMA by the way.
Customer has credit card on file, using versapay as payment processing profile.
When processing the payment, getting an error that says
"Payment has not been successful. An error occurred while processing your credit card. Please contact the merchant for further assistance."
As per a couple of suiteanswer ID it says it is missing the P/N ref however there is another option (SA # 99406) where on the payment processing profile to make sure Payment Gateway Request includes Credit, which we did but still getting the error.
