dynamic default value in custom record online form

Hi,

i've created a custom record with three fields

one of the fields is list/record lookup to customer table

i want to send an email from the customer record with the custom record online form link and i want the customer custom field to be auto-populated with the current customer that that email was sent from

any ideas?
