Issue with saved search pulling both locations

Hello Guru's


I have a simple search I created for our purchasers to have visibility of some critical items. I must have done something wrong because it is duplicating the results. I tried adding both branches in the criteria both together and separately using expressions, nothing worked. Will you please assist me?
