How to generate a monthly sales report with cost?

Hi Community,

Good day to you all. I would like to create a monthly report that contains all of the sales orders that have been invoiced within the month. In details, the Sales order is broken down into items sold with sales price and costs could be flushed out accordingly. Is any way to achieve that? Please help. Thanks a lot in advance!!
