Soap Receipt example?

I know how to do Sales Orders in SOAP, however, I would like to see an example of a Sales Order Receipt in SOAP.

Reason: I want to create a Receipt from scratch, in case a customer comes into the office and orders an item and takes it with them (so there is no Item Fulfillment involvement to ship the item). It uses a special stock & location that's set aside for these purposes. How do I do this?
