SuiteCommerce MyAccount

We think we need to use the functionality in SuiteCommerce MyAccount, but don't want to license SuiteCommerce. Is that possible? If so, what's the license cost?

We need a login for customers to be able to see their invoices and pay them. Are there any alternatives other than SuiteCommerce MyAccount for this type of activity?
