Cannot see assembly item on assembly build

Greetings,

I cannot see one of my assembly item on the assembly build page, we don't use WIP so that option is not even available, Item is active, Has BOM with Master default checked, for subsidiary they have Parent with include children checked, no issue of classification as all of them are blank.
