Electronic Payments > EP_00020 Error in retrieving bank details following entities xx

Hi,

When generating payment file for vendor prepayments. we are getting a error code which is undocumented under the eft error codes. Error message below.

"While creating PFA 00000346, the following errors were encountered during processing=

EP_00020 Error in retrieving bank details following entities 1404,1404 "

Could you please help me resolve this issue.
