Quantity on Order not updated on Inventory Item Record
Hi There,
We have noticed an intermittent problem with the Inventory Records.
The "Quantity on Order" column in the Purchasing/Inventory tab is not updating to reflect new purchase orders which have been recently entered into the system.
At first we thought the system might update over night but this does not seem to have happened as it is now one week later and the quantity on order is still showing a quantity of 0.
Have any other users experienced this problem?
This is an important field for our forward purchasing and forecasting so we hope that there is an easy solution!
