I'm trying to create a workflow to add an item to orders that come into NetSuite from Shopify based on the items on the order. There are two types of sales orders that come from this store: initial subscriptions and shipments after that. The initial subscription has two items: DW-1011 and DW-1012. The future shipments just have DW-1011 but the customer wants us to add another unit of DW-1011 when those second orders come in. Currently, my workflow is set to add an item based on these criteria:

This is still adding the extra unit of DW-1011 to the initial subscription orders. Is there a way to change the criteria where it will exclude orders with DW-1012?
