about advance PDF/HTML template

is it possible to get information on createdfrom in advance PDF/HTML template?

I am creating PDF of Return Authorisation then I need to display information tied to createdfrom.

For example, if a #1 return transaction is tied to a #2 SalesOrder form, I want to display the #2 SalesOrder form field in the Return Authorisation PDF.

if its possible how do I customize to PDF/HTML template?
