If I uncheck the Make Inventory Available box can I use that inventory at all.

We currently have multiple locations. All have the make inventory available box checked. The problem with this is when you try to determine parts to order it takes everything stored in these locations as available - even if I only want to know what is available at one location. For instance; we have a location called Amazon (where these items were shipped to Amazon and even though they are technically available, we cannot use them for inhouse shipments. (I know there is an Amazon add on but we don't want to go there yet). The items in this location are
