Differences in item record location display

As shown in the attached photo, the two NetSuite environments display the item record location differently.


We want to use the inventory count feature and would like to set the NEXT COUNT DATE and COUNT INTERVAL, but in one environment, the NEXT COUNT DATE and COUNT INTERVAL are not even displayed.

How can I display them?
