Hello Guru's,

I would like to create an overview for all the transactions of one specific item and specific lot.

One of our items has a negative inventory quantity of -18 and I would like to find out how this came to be.

I've tried to create some custom reports based on Inventory Valuation and/or Inventory Activity Detail. Also I've tried to create some Saved Searches but I cannot get the result of -18.

What I want to see in the report/search:

  • Beginning Inventory of this item/lot.
  • Transactions that increased this item/lot.
  • Transactions that decreased this item/lot.
