Errors in SuiteSuccess - Bundle Deployment Wizard

During the SuiteSuccess - Bundle Deployment Wizard, step 5 Review Results, I saw some steps not successfully completed during the deployment phase. Which I should manually complete now.

The first one is easy, but I'm not sure I should adapt it.

But the second part "Form Field Update", I really don't know what I should do to manually complete these steps.

Anyone who knows what I should do? :)
