No Record of Email Sent From NetSuite
My staff is wondering how the below email was sent from NetSuite:
I checked the PO transaction ... Communication (tab) ... Messages (subtab) and nothing listed there:
Attachments have been removed.
I double-checked the workflow history and it's just the single PO Approval workflow that ran, which is responsible for the above emails.
I checked for all saved searches that can trigger emails for transactions and found nothing there as well.
Is there any other way to track down the origin of such an email generated within NetSuite? Some sort of email/communication history since I have a timestamp of the email?
