INVENTORY TRANSFER IMPORT ERROR

Good day, NetSuite Gurus!

Please assist on this concern. Any inputs will be highly appreciated. We are trying to do Inventory Transfer import but upon import, error persists. We really don't know how to add From Status in column since it is just a normal inventory item. When we tried to hard-code the From Status field we dont see any options shown.
